I absolutely adored the cozy, country cottage feel of the hotel's decoration. It made me feel right at home, like I was staying in a quaint little cottage in the English countryside. The common areas were lovely and well-maintained, and I found them to be very accessible for senior people like myself. It was easy to navigate around and there were no stairs to climb, which was a relief for my tired joints.

I would have liked to see more assistance available from the children working there. As a senior woman traveling alone, I sometimes needed a little extra help with my luggage or getting settled in.

The room at Bay Cottage No 5 was like a dream! It had everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy seating area. The TV and washing machine were an added bonus. The private bathroom was spotless and had a relaxing bath or shower option. It felt like a home away from home!

Although the bathroom was great, we would have preferred if one of the bathrooms had a bathtub instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just our personal preference!
